A Scam Email with the Subject "Please i need your assistance," was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Fri, 04 Nov 2016 09:14:36 -0400 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam. The sender was Christabel Kwame <saludmentalescolar@comudef.cl>, although it may have been spoofed.

My name is Christabel Kwame, I work in Barclay's Bank as an account officer in the Republic of Ghana. I got your email on Google search and it gives me the privilege to contact you personally in regard to my late esteemed client who shares the same Surname with you. Since the death of my late client, no one has shown up as his next of kin not even any member's of his family to put claim to the $5.6 million dollars he deposited in his Escrow account. So it is my intention to present you as the next of kin to the Bank Management since the both of you have the same "Last Name" so that the inheritance can be released to you.

The reason I'm presenting you to the management is that the Board of Directors of the Bank have concluded plans to confiscate the $5.6 million dollars since no one has shown up as the next of kin to the deceased. This decision is in accordance with the Bank regulations. If you accept to be my partner by presenting you to the Bank management as the next of kin to the deceased, I’m guaranteeing you that there will be no risk on this pact if we join hands together, all you need to do is to act as a family member to the deceased since you both answer the same Surname this is why I contacted you personally, please write back to me so that I will tell you what to do in order to get this done to enable the bank management release the funds to you on your name. I will give you 30% of the contract sum as gratification after the claim.

Thanks for your kind consideration and cooperation, I await your respond.

Respectfully,
Christabel
