We have limited your account because we
detected suspicious login attempts into your account.
We believe that someone tried to use your account without your
knowledge.

Normally, there are a number of reasons why we would limit
an account. The intention is to protect our clients and
the account.

When we limit an account, there are certain things
that PayPal may prevent you from doing, which includes
receiving, spending, or withdrawing money.

To remove the limitation, we need to confirm
your identity with us. We have sent you a form which is
attached in this email for you to open with your web browser.

By providing some information in the form, our security
team can then review it and immediately take actions
to remove the limitation. Please do understand that this is
implemented to protect you and your account.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Sincerely,
PayPal Account Review Team

What Is This?

This Email with the Subject "Unauthorized Activity" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sun, 21 Aug 2016 14:54:31 -0400 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as PayPal Security Team <paypal@security.org>, although that address was probably spoofed. We recommend that you do not attempt to contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

Since you’re here …
we have a small favour to ask. More people are visting Scamdex and Scamalot than ever but advertising revenues are falling fast and we have no 'product' to sell. And unlike many informational websites, we haven’t put up a paywall or membership barrier – we want to keep our site as open as we can. So you can see why we need to ask for your help. Scamdex/Scamalot websites takes a lot of time, money and hard work to keep running. We do this because we hate to see our fellow humans getting scammed out of their hard-earned money by low-lives.
