This email with the subject "CONGRATULATIONS!! YOU HAVE WON THE UK LOTTERY" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 04 May 2016 16:43:20 -0700 and has been classified as a Lotto/Lottery Scam.

The sender was "UK ONLINE LOTTERY"<info@tiraz.com>, although it may have been spoofed.
