A Scam Email with the Subject "PAYMENT ON YOUR ACCRUED INTEREST OF US$5.6M" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sat, 09 Apr 2016 21:07:13 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "Dabrah"<kaito@kskw.mydns.jp>, although it may have been spoofed.

RE: PAYMENT ON ACCRUED INTEREST OF US$5.6M   I am the DIRECTOR and Head of Swift Payment Unit of 
Director of Barclays Bank (Ghana) Limited.  Accra Ghana Sometime ago, in our bank your contract 
inheritance  money was brought to our bank from Ghana Apex Bank, CENTRAL BANK OF Ghana (C.B.G) and 
after some period, this money was taken back to the Federal Government treasury.


For the period of time this money was in our bank, it generated an interest of USD$5.6 Million, 
which we are about to pay to you immediately we hear from you, For your information and advice, you 
need to hasten up to receive this Fund because from time to time the C.B.G auditors do come to our 
bank to cross-check our files and our financial update, the earlier you comply with the demands of 
the Bank for the fund, the faster the action, because the CBG officials wants the accrued interest 
to be paid to them but we refused, so when they find out that this interest fund is still in our 
bank they will want to call back the money to the Federal Government treasury or shear it amoung 
themself's.

What we need from you now is any form of your identification for example; Any of your valid id 
international passport or you’re drivers license, then your telephone and fax number for easy 
communication with your house address.   In this transaction you are only require to acquire a 
funds Taxation release Certificate  which will enable the funds to be release to you without any 
hitch or questioning the funds, at the due time of confirmations into your account.

As a matter of fact we don’t have enough time to waste since we have wasted time in contacting our 
respective customers, so try and comply with the entire necessary requirement for immediate action .
