A Scam Email with the Subject "You HSBC online have been restricted" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 24 Feb 2016 04:19:32 -0800 and has been classified as a Phishing, ID Theft Scam. The sender was "HSBC Bank Plc"<noreply@hsbc.co.uk>, although it may have been spoofed.

Dear HSBC Customer,

We've recently noticed that someone has made " 2 " suspicious attempts
to log into your online account from this (IP) address " 85.255.2 34.190 "
Therefore our security commitment forces us to suspend your account temporarily until you verify your identity on our systems.

Proceed to HSBC Online

Once this is done,your online account will be updated authomatically and u can use your as normal.
