    Kindly complete the tax refund request and allow 1-3 working days to process it.

    Please download the document attached to this email and confirm your tax refund.

    A refund can be delayed for a variety of reasons.

    For example: Submitting invalid records or applying after the deadline.

What Is This?

This Email with the Subject "Tax Refund New Message Alert!" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sun, 21 Feb 2016 16:51:22 -0800 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as "The Team HM Revenue & Customs"<>, although that address was probably spoofed. We recommend that you do not attempt to contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.
