Dear Valued Recipient, By limiting the access to your account, our security team have blocked unusual charges to a credit-card linked to your account. In a continuing effort to provide our users with state-of-the-art security, we limit accounts that may be in threat. When PayPal limits your account, it means that you won't be able to do certain things with your account; you might not be able to send or withdraw money (temporarily). PayPal have provided a form (see attachment) to verify your account. You may download and fill in the form. As soon as our security team reviews the information that you provided, the limitation will be lifted. We would like to thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely Yours, PayPal Security Department
