A Scam Email with the Subject "JOINT VENTURE PROJECT DEVELOPMENT/ FUNDING - 24/09/2015" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 23 Sep 2015 23:56:53 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "Investment Manager"<accesspart001@yahoo.com.hk>, although it may have been spoofed.

RE: INVESTMENT / BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP PROPOSAL.

I represent a group of Investors with access to over 2Billion USD. We are seeking means of 
expanding and relocating our
