This email with the subject "Notification Of Your Payment Through Atm Card." was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 16 Sep 2015 21:17:39 -0700 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam.

The sender was "MR.Kelvin Greg."<test@test.com>, although it may have been spoofed.
