An Email with the Subject "eBay account has been blocked" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Tue, 31 Jul 2007 10:11:21 -0700 and has been classified as a Auction/Escrow Scam Email. The sender shows as eBay : "reactivate your account." <member@eBay.com>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

reasons, your eBay account has been blocked due to several unsuccessful
login attempts, made by you or someone else. As a result, your access to buy or sell on
eBay has been restricted. According to our site policy, you will have to confirm the
ownership of your ebay account.

identity and reactivate your eBay account. Your account will be fully functional

We may also take these actions if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us.
