A Scam Email with the Subject "Accept PayPal Policy Updates to Prevent Account Limitation" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Fri, 01 Feb 2008 10:50:28 -0800 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "service@paypal.com" <submitted@scamdex.com>, although it may have been spoofed.

PayPal's records indicate that you have not yet accepted the updated
 PayPal User
Agreement and Privacy Policy. 

Failure to accept the updated PayPal User Agreement and Privacy Policy
 within 3
days will result in limited access to your PayPal account. If your
 account is
limited, you will no longer be able to receive or send payments.

 valuable
