This email with the subject "Update your account info" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Tue, 20 Mar 2007 07:57:54 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam.

The sender was Paypal - User Agrement <service@paypal.com>, although it may have been spoofed.
