This email with the subject "Account Status Notification" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 15 Aug 2007 02:27:12 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam.

The sender was Natwest Online Banking <Security@natwest.co.uk>, although it may have been spoofed.
