This Email with the Subject "Notice to exit the premises No9751" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Thu, 30 Jan 2014 04:54:13 -0800 and has been classified as a Lotto/Lottery Scam Email. The sender shows as "Notice To Quit" <help874@mnduscourt.com>, although that address was probably spoofed. We recommend that you do not attempt to contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

Notice to quit,

Hereby you are informed you have to quit the premises you hold until March, 21, 2014.
If you stay in the currently occupied premises for a longer period of time,
you will be assigned by court for forced eviction scheduled for April 2, 2014.

If court executives do not find you at home on the specified date,
the court will disclaim any responsibility for safe keeping
of your property left in the premises.

Whether you fail to fulfill the requirements of the court
you might be held liable to a fine equal to 100 minimum wage amounts.
