A Scam Email with the Subject "FOR YOUR ATTENTION.(SIR/MADAM)" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Thu, 07 Feb 2008 17:48:46 -0800 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "Mr. Patrick K. W. Chan" <rentals@sybercom.net>, although it may have been spoofed.

It is understandable that you might be a little bit apprehensive because
you do not know me but I have a lucrative business proposal of mutual
interest to share with you. I got your reference in my search for someone
who suits my proposed business relationship.

I am Mr. Patrick K. W. Chan Executive Director & Chief financial Officer
