I am Dr. Mark williams a Fund Manager with Fidelity Investment South African-Benin Republic Channel 
Island and I handle all our Investorâs capital Project Funds that enables me to divert 1.2 Percent 
Investors Excess Return Capital Funds to our Magellan Trust Funds Account whereby anyone can be 
presented to claim the funds. On this note, the total sum of $48.5 Million United States Dollars 
(Fourty Eight million Five hundred united states Dollars) has been diverted representing the 1.2 
Percent Excess Return Capital Funds from the Investor Capital Project Funds for 2005/2006. I need a 
reliable and trustworthy person that can work this deal out with me so that we can claim the funds 
as mentioned above. There is no risk attached and the funds in question can never be dictated or

This Email with the Subject "FROM DR MARK WILLIAMS" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Mon, 26 Mar 2007 12:33:46 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as "Dr. Mark Williams" <>, although that address was probably spoofed. We recommend that you do not attempt to contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.
