A Scam Email with the Subject "Access Restriction" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 14 Jan 2015 20:28:26 -0800 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was PayPal <services@paysrv.com>, although it may have been spoofed.

Dear Registered User,

Our security system have detected an unauthorized user trying to access your account without your permission. Furthermore, we have limited the access to your account.

We kindly urge you to fill in the verification form so that we could remove the restrictions in your account.
Please download the form (it is attached in this email) and open it in your web browser.

We will review the information carefully and remove any limitations that has been set on your account once you have been verified.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
