A Scam Email with the Subject "PayPal Primary Email Address Change" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sun, 28 Sep 2014 11:46:22 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "PayPal"<notification@paypai.co.uk>, although it may have been spoofed.
