A Scam Email with the Subject "Introducing the New PayPal Security Center" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Thu, 27 Dec 2007 03:41:24 -0800 and has been classified as a Auction/Escrow Scam. The sender was "paypal" <no-reply@paypal.com>, although it may have been spoofed.
