This email with the subject "Your Credit Card was used in Bulgaria!" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Tue, 11 Jul 2006 13:53:52 -0700 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam.
The sender was "Visa"<firstname.lastname@example.org>, although it may have been spoofed.
