This email with the subject "Dear Paypal member" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Mon, 29 Jan 2007 17:41:04 -0800 and has been classified as a Generic Scam.

The sender was "Paypal"<>, although it may have been spoofed.

We recently noticed one or more attempts to log in to your account from a foreign IP address.
If you recently accessed your account while traveling, the unusual log in attempts may have been
