This email with the subject "Notice from Chase.com" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Mon, 13 Nov 2006 20:44:22 -0800 and has been classified as a Generic Scam.
The sender was "Chase Personal Banking" <email@example.com>, although it may have been spoofed.
