A Scam Email with the Subject "New security level" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Mon, 19 Mar 2007 07:32:12 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "Citibank" <noreply@citi.com>, although it may have been spoofed.
