A Scam Email with the Subject "Nationwide Account Information" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Fri, 22 Dec 2006 10:35:50 -0800 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was Nationwide Bank <accounts@nationwide.co.uk>, although it may have been spoofed.

Days ago, our online banking security team
has observed multiple logons on your account,
from different blacklisted IP's, that's why
we have issued this security warning.
Your online banking access has been Blocked,
to prevent further unauthorized access for your safety.

We have decided to put an extra verification process
