A Scam Email with the Subject "Your PayPal Debit MasterCard has been deactivated" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sat, 28 Jul 2012 01:33:19 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was PayPal <accounts@paypalbilling.com>, although it may have been spoofed.
