A Scam Email with the Subject "CONFIRM RECEIPT URGENTLY." was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sat, 21 Jul 2012 12:53:00 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "DON PEPPLE" <donpepple_firstoilcompanyplc@yahoo.co.uk>, although it may have been spoofed.




Sir/Madam.

I am directed to notify you that the balance payment of services you
rendered to our Company is ready for collection.Your payment is to be made
through our Bankers the HSBC LONDON UK or the METROPOLITAN BANK GROUP
LONDON UK,either through a Bank Draft,Cheque or your preffered method of
payment.This is the final payment of services you rendered to our Company
in 2009.

Your balance payment sum is USD$1,750,000.00(One Million Seven Hundred and
Fifty Thousand United States Dollars Only)Confirm it to be correct or
not.Do confirm if this is your correct email address or not.You are also
required to reconfirm to us urgently the name with which to raise either
the draft,cheque and your receiving details urgently to enable us instruct
the bank to raise it in your favour for onward shipment to you.
