This email with the subject "Dear E-mail User" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sun, 04 Mar 2012 13:50:44 -0800 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam.
The sender was "WEB SERVICE ACCOUNT" <email@example.com>, although it may have been spoofed.
