A Scam Email with the Subject "[Bulk?]Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection customer complaint." was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 29 Feb 2012 03:38:26 -0800 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "Edna Flanagan" <dinneringh@ctrip.com>, although it may have been spoofed.



Valued business manager, we have received  a consumer online complaint of several cases of consumer treatment offenses your company is currently involved in. In our on-going effort to prevent illegal, fraudulent, or insulting acts or practices we kindly ask you to provide your response on the following consumer complaint  Report ID #527810.
