A Scam Email with the Subject "NOKIA LOTTERY!!" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Fri, 23 Sep 2011 03:56:49 -0700 and has been classified as a Lotto/Lottery Scam. The sender was "EXCEL LOAN FIRM REG:60306" <transparencia@compraspublicas.gov.ec>, although it may have been spoofed.
