A Scam Email with the Subject "Dear Lucky Winner" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Mon, 21 Apr 2008 16:34:42 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was Lottery Board <info@web.co.uk>, although it may have been spoofed.
