A Scam Email with the Subject "CONGRATULATION (You won The online e-mail Balloting)." was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sun, 10 Jun 2007 06:28:03 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was SOFTWARE PRODUCERS LOTTERY <>, although it may have been spoofed.
