A Scam Email with the Subject "ONCE CONGRATULATIONS" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Fri, 27 Apr 2007 13:59:15 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "" <>, although it may have been spoofed.
