A Scam Email with the Subject "YOU ARE A CERTIFIED WINNER" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Thu, 22 Feb 2007 02:02:29 -0800 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was LOTTERY DEPARTMENT <jamesjeri@bellsouth.net>, although it may have been spoofed.
