Dear sir,
I am a staff of UK National Lottery, whose duty is to collate/compute purchased, paid and unclaimed lottery tickets before and after each draw. In the course of my duty, I discover a ticket number that won 980,000.00 (Nine hundred and eigthy pounds sterling only)  from the Lotto draw and  since nobody has come forward to make claims.
My reason for contacting you now, is that I want you to stand out to the lottery company as the original player winning number or ticket, that lost his/her ticket information and now found it, hereby applying for the winning prize.
On your response the I can forward you details on how I intend to claim the prize with your name.
Yours faithfully,
Victor Edwards
