A Scam Email with the Subject "A REQUEST FOR AN INVESTMENT ASSISTANCE!!" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sun, 31 Jul 2011 20:12:24 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "MR. BILL ALLEN" <billallen@london.com>, although it may have been spoofed.

A REQUEST FOR AN INVESTMENT ASSISTANCE!!

Dear Sir,

My name is Mr. Bill Allen, a manager in one of the HSBC bank branch here in London. I got your information during my search on your Country Chambers of Commerce.

I wish to request for your assistance to invest the sum of US$55,500,000.00 (Fifty Five Million, Five Hundred Thousand United States dollars) in a lucrative areas of businesses in your country on behalf of one of my customers.

If you are interested, send me your full contact details as well as a brief introduction of your company/business activities and investment opportunities in your country or elsewhere, and this will be based on the businesses you can handle properly.
