A Scam Email with the Subject "World Bank Assisted Program" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Mon, 18 Jul 2011 06:55:21 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was Directorate of International Payment <dsmith@gadsdenstate.edu>, although it may have been spoofed.

What you have to do now is to contact the FedEx Courier Service as soon as
possible to know when they will deliver your package to you because of the
