A Scam Email with the Subject "Investment proposal" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 30 Mar 2011 11:58:53 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was Amr El-ezaby <amrezaby@live.com>, although it may have been spoofed.

I am Amr El-Ezaby former Chairman Egyptian Tourist Authority. Our cabinet has been dissolved by the 
present Egyptian military rulers

I chair and front all key tourism industry transaction including the great Egyptian museum, the 
Pyramids and the sphinx part of a world heritage site region. 
 
There is substantially accrued fund in excess of ($500,000,000)Five hundred million united states 
dollars lying idle in various escrow bank accounts being held on trust in different financial 
institutions in Europe and Asia.
 
The money is earned from various tourism industry budget allocation and contracts awarded to me for 
tourism development. 

Due to the recent political conflict that ousted President Hosni Mubarak, I wish to re-direct some 
investments outside Egypt to a stable countries with the opportunity for high yield returns on 
investment (ROI).
 
Consequently, I would like to enquire if there is any opportunity or viable project(s) that i can 
invest or participate in your company or country.
