A Scam Email with the Subject "URGENT SUPPLY OF ITEMS" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Tue, 15 Mar 2011 10:33:59 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was Steve Ayew <officee----dirtttt@att.net>, although it may have been spoofed.

The Government of Ghana, in West Africa , has received funds from the
INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION(IDA) with loan number :IDA
CREDIT NO:3964GH,and AGENCE FRANCAISE DEVELOPMENT(AFD),AFD LOAN NO:CGH
6004.01.G, towards the cost of community utility development
projects ( CUDP) and intends to apply part of this fund to cover
eligible payments under the contracts for the supply of the following.

1.CARPETS
2.DESIGNERS RUGS
3.FOOTMATS
4.BUILDING MATERIALS
5.CATERPILARS
6.PRINTING MACHINARIES
7.CCTV CAMERAS
8.CONDOMS
9.HOSPITAL EQUIPMENTS
10.TILES.

Tender is open to all eligible foreign contractors from eligible
source countries as defined in the guidelines of the procurement Board
of the Republic of Ghana.If you can handle the supply of any of the
