A Scam Email with the Subject "+++++++CONGRATULATIONS+++++++" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Thu, 18 Nov 2010 04:07:53 -0800 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "Melvin Brown [DR]"<claimagentoffice2009@gmail.com>, although it may have been spoofed.
