This email with the subject "CONGRATULATIONS!CONGRATULATIONS!!CONGRATULATIONS!!!" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 12 May 2010 04:17:38 -0700 and has been classified as a Lotto/Lottery Scam.

The sender was "WORLD FINANCE GROUP LOTTERY AGENCY"<>, although it may have been spoofed.
