A Scam Email with the Subject "Revision to Your Amazon.co.uk Account" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Mon, 05 Apr 2010 10:34:27 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was Amazon Account Update <account-update@amazon.co.uk>, although it may have been spoofed.

This message is to inform you that we have blocked your Amazon Seller account. Your open listings have been cancelled and you are no longer able to sell on our site.
We have blocked your seller account because it has come to our attention that you have attempted to divert buyers to sales processesother than Amazon Payments. This is a serious violation of our Participation Agreement.

If you still have items to dispatch, please take appropriate steps to resolve your pending sales. Your seller account will remain accessible and you are encouraged to refund or ship pending orders.Your funds are on temporary hold for 90 days from the date of your final sale.
