This email with the subject "FROM THE DESK OF: DR. S. YUSUF, FCA." was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Fri, 20 Nov 2009 15:22:15 -0800 and has been classified as a Generic Scam.

The sender was "Dr. Samil Yusuf"<>, although it may have been spoofed.

Saudi Arabia's central bank ordered the country's banks to freeze the accounts of Maan Al Sanea, 
The Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (Sama) sent circulars to the legal departments of Saudi-based 
banks on May 28 and May 30 telling the lenders to freeze the accounts, including credit cards, of 
Al Sanea, his wife and four family members as you can see reported in the above website.
Mr.Maan Al Sanea has instructed me to salvage the situation and I have been writing to his close 
associate and business friends I could find in the heaps of business cards in Mr.Maan Al Sanea 
office here in Dubai.
Please if you receive this email and you know Mr. Maan Al Sanea or you have worked with him before 
please contact me as soon as possible for more information on what we want to do, lots of money is 
involved and if you decide to help you will retain a large percentage in this business deal.
The deal will be a fund custodian related involving hundreds of millions of dollars and we are not 
disclosing the details here for security reasons, please contact me via email with your phone and
