A Scam Email with the Subject "urgent security notice." was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 02 Dec 2009 09:04:16 -0800 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "Chase bank" <Chase@alerts.chasealerts.com>, although it may have been spoofed.

Note: This is a service message regarding the Chase Customer Form.

Dear customer:

As part of the new security measures, all Chase bank customers are required to complete Chase Customer Form. Please complete the form as soon as possible.
