A Scam Email with the Subject "Bank of the West customer service: official information Wed, 2 Sep 2009 22:30:58 +0100" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 02 Sep 2009 13:32:00 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "Bank of the West" <webdirect@bankofthewest.com>, although it may have been spoofed.

As part of the new security measures, all Bank of the West WebDirect users are required to complete WebDirect Customer Form. Please complete the form as soon as possible.
