A Scam Email with the Subject "Rep. Charles Rangel" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Fri, 20 Oct 2006 06:28:28 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "Seth Hutchison" <>, although it may have been spoofed.
