A Scam Email with the Subject "Fw: NOTICE CONGRATULATIONS" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sat, 20 Jun 2009 08:12:17 -0700 and has been classified as a Lotto/Lottery Scam. The sender was "Charles Soludo" <impaulb@rogers.com>, although it may have been spoofed.
