Dear Partner,
Greetings in the name of the most high.
I am a proffesional banker in Burkina Faso with 13 years experience in banking industry.
Did you have a reliable account to receive US$31.000.000 million as a caretaker to the fund?  The owner of this money is currently facing trial against crime for humanity in Hague under (ICC) since 2 years ago. I know that he will be convicted, sentence to death or faces live imprisonment.
Earlier before he was arrested, he did not want his name to be mentioned as the owner of the money, so that makes the money free from any questionable character. For this reason, I want you to apply for change of the account in your name and transfer of the fund in your account as the caretaker of the fund, will and meant for building free medical care centers and charity organizations in 10 poorest country in the world.
If you can be trusted, get back to me with your full detailed information including private phone number and passport photo for me to know whom I am entrusting this fund to. On your response, I will let you know what will be your percentage share of the fund.
Am waiting for your urgent response.
Yours truly.
Dr. Mohd S. Omar
