A Scam Email with the Subject "Fw: CONGRATULATIONS!!!" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Thu, 30 Apr 2009 18:22:00 -0700 and has been classified as a Lotto/Lottery Scam. The sender was Arthur Luna <>, although it may have been spoofed.
