IMMEDIATE PAYMENT OF YOUR OVERDUE CONTRACT / INHERITANCE FUND.=20
 =20
THE FEDERAL MINISTRY OF FINANCE was recently set up and mandated by the Pres=
ident, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nig=
eria, Alhaji Umaru Musa Yar'adua (GCFR) to verify all genuine contractors /=
inheritance claims and pay their liabilities before the end of this fiscal=20=
year 2009. The Federal Ministry of Finance office was equally mandated to in=
vestigate jobs executed by foreign contractors between 1999 till date. The P=
resident stressed on the problems of foreign contractors has already faced w=
ith the past military Government and that our foreign debt has to be reduced=
drastically as directed by the World Bank. =20
 =20
Consequently, the Federal Ministry of Finance in conjunction with the Nation=
al Assembly set aside US$3.4Billion to pay in good claims from foreign contr=
actors / Inheritance Fund (Next of Kin). In line with this arrangement the S=
enate Committee on Foreign Debt Matters (National Assembly) ordered that con=
tractors and Next-of-Kins whose files have shown sufficient proof regarding=20=
job execution and their debt outstanding for a long time be settled without=20=
delay. We wish to inform you that your files was forwarded to us by various=20=
offices and department shows that you have fulfilled all conditions necessar=
y to receive your payment. =20
 =20
One of the reasons why your payment had been delayed for so long was because=
of counter-claim for the payment on your fund. This necessitated the perusa=
l of documents relating to your contract payment; we were convinced that you=
are the actual beneficiary of the said fund. The attempt to divert your pay=
ment to new account was done by your local representatives in collaboration=20=
with some Officials; Most of the officials involved in several official misc=
onducts have been sacked. I write officially this day to inform you that you=
r contract amount calculated US$12.5M will be paid to you via our normal dip=
lomatic delivery method due to our recent problem with International Monetar=
y Fund (IMF). Be aware that all necessary modalities concerning the delivery=
of your fund as consignment have perfected and the diplomat will take off a=
s soon as we receive below information from you.

Finally, you are required with immediate effect to reconfirm the following;=20
