A Scam Email with the Subject "Re:Fund Release Notice" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sat, 28 Feb 2009 11:04:18 -0500 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam. The sender was "Dr. Mansur Muhtar" <fmf.gov.ng@inwebnet.org>, although it may have been spoofed.

is due to be released but due to bad officials in Nigeria you have finally find

handle all contracts / beneficiary's payments perfectly, I hereby announce to
